SignaTouch is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) provider for healthcare and education organizations. Its mobile signature capture improves their process workflow. The company has domestic and international offices, and its headquarters is in Coral Springs, Florida.
CHALLENGE
Prior to moving to Volico, SignaTouch experienced continuous availability and bandwidth issues, causing development delays. Before Volico, data center as a service providers that fit its needs cost too much. So the team worked in a ‘Keep Calm and Carry On’ environment.
CEO Robert Masterson explains: “We faced development issues with the larger portion of the development staff in Mumbai, India, and other members based in the US.
