Setup time will vary from service to service.
For Dedicated Server Clients:
We aim to bring new servers online within 48 hours from the processing of payment for your order. If there are any issues (ex, backordered parts, etc.), our sales team will reach out to you to notify you and make recommendations about how to proceed.
For Colocation Clients:
We will notify our colocation clients when scheduling for biometrics when their services will be available. If you have a specific day that you would like to see your services online, please notify your sales representative so that they can work to accommodate your needs.
For Cloud Clients:
Cloud servers go online in 5 minutes or less! If you do not see your server online within 5 minutes of placing your order, please notify our technical support team via ticket, refer to Support requests
