The Volumes section of the backup tool showcases the backup volumes that you have ordered from Vault Networks. In order to assist you with navigating our backup application, please see the definitions below:
A – Name: This is the name of the Volume
B – Description – this is the description given to the volume
C – Quota Type – This is the type of storage that you are utilizing. The quota will always be tied to your storage with Vault Networks
D – Soft Quota – This is a Quota intended to provide a warning as to when you are running out of space
E – Hard Quota – This is the total space you have procured from Vault Networks. In order to increase your Hard Quota, you will need to reach out to your Account Manager
F - On Disk Size – This is the data currently being stored in our Backup System
G – Deltas – This is the data that has changed since the last backup
H – Details – This are additional details about the selected volume
I – Disk Safes – These are Disk Safes associated with the volume
J – Users – These are Users that have access to the backup in questions
K – Limits – This section will outline specific limits that you have placed on the backup. This can include archiving, the number of recovery points, and more.
