This section will outline the functions of the View Contacts section.  This section is in more detail than the contacts section inside View Profile:

 

A - View - By default only active Contacts are displayed.  However, you can also set the drop-down menu to show deactivated Contacts and All Contacts if needed

B - ID - This is the ID assigned to the contact by Vault Networks

C - Name - this is the Name of the Contact

D - Title - This is the title of the contact on record

E - Phone - This is the phone number on record

F - Email - This is the email on file for the contact

G - Contact Responsibility - These are the responsibilities assigned to the specific contacts

H - Edit - This will enable you to edit a contact

When you click Edit contact, a new pop-up window will open:

NOTE

The fields will be greyed out unless you are the administrator for the group.  You can alter a contacts login and password in the Login & Password tab, and Roles can be assigned in the Roles tab.  The Roles are:

  • Accounting - Authorizes contact to speak to billing and view billing information
  • Super User - Grants master access to contact
  • Support - Authorized contact to speak with Support and view support tickets
  • No Permissions - User has no access.  This is how a user is deactivated.
