The Dashboard is the initial screen that appears when you login to the backup application. From here you can view servers and backup policies, recovery points, and more.
A – Servers & Policies: By clicking on this section you can drill down into your policies (See E). In addition, the dashboard will show you if there have been any recent backups that have had issues that need to be addressed
B – Volumes – These are the backup volumes that you have ordered from Vault Networks. Inside this section you can view the amount of storage you have left as well as the amount you are currently using.
C – Servers – These are the servers that you have elected to backup with Vault Networks
D – Disk Safes – Disk Safes are used within the volumes to map deltas and recovery points. This section is currently only used by Vault Networks Tech Support at this time.
E - Policy – This is where you can create the policies that are utilized to back up your data.
F - Recovery Points – This section is used to access the specific Recovery Points that exist so that you can restore data
G - Task History – This is a history of all services that have been performed via the backup client
H – Reporting – This is a section that enables you to produce reports regarding your use of the backup client
