Click on the Volumes section of the menu on the bottom left.
Once on this page, click on the "Create New Volume" option on the top left of the Volumes page.
A popup will appear in the center of the page with three tabs: Identification, Users, Limits.
For the Identification tab, Name should contain the account's name. Description should contain information about who owns the volume, such as "Account Name volume".
Volume path MUST begin with the prefix /backup/ followed by the account name. For example, in the case of Acme Systems, the volume path would be: /backup/acmesystems . If this path is incorrect, the agent will not be able to backup correctly.
In the Users tab, select the user whom the volume being created will belong to and then click Add.
The Limits tab may be left as is as storage limits are placed on a customer on the disk safe level not the volume level.
Once the information has been filled out, click Save. The volume has been successfully created.
