This article provides a step-by-step guide on how to make a one-time payment on My.Volico. Making a one-time payment is a process that requires access to billing information and can be done on both desktop and mobile screens. This guide will walk you through the process from start to finish.

Prerequisites

Before proceeding with the one-time payment, ensure you have the necessary permissions or access rights which allows you to perform billing-related actions.

Desktop Process

  1. Log into My.Volico: Start by logging into your My.Volico account. (https://my.volico.com)

  2. Access Billing Dropdown: On the desktop version of My.Volico, navigate to the billing section.

  3. Select "Make One-Time Payment": Within the billing dropdown, you will find the option to "Make One-Time Payment." Click on this option to proceed.

  4. Authentication: Two-factor authentication (2FA) is a security measure to protect your account. You will need to authenticate your identity using the email and the users-set method, generally authenticator.

  5. Choose Payment Method: If you have made a previous payment and the option to select a card is available, you can choose a previously used card from the dropdown. Alternatively, you can opt to add a new card, by selecting the add card option.

    • If adding a new card:
      • Fill out the form with the appropriate card details.
  6. Select Invoices: Choose the invoices you would like to pay from the available options.

  7. Agree to Terms and Conditions: Review and agree to the terms and conditions associated with the payment.

  8. Submit the Form: Once you've selected the invoices and agreed to the terms and conditions, submit the payment form.

  9. Card Error Handling: In case of any card errors during the payment process, you will be redirected back to the one-time payment page to address the issue.

  10. Successful Payment: If the payment is successful, you will be redirected to a "Receipt Page."

  11. Receipt and Email Confirmation: On the "Receipt Page," you will have the option to print the receipt if needed. Additionally, you will receive an email containing the invoices that were charged or attempted to charge, along with a copy of the agreed terms and conditions.

Mobile Process

  1. Log into My.Volico: Start by logging into your My.Volico account on your mobile device.

  2. Access Dropdown Menu: Using the dropdown menu located at the top right of the screen, select "Make One-Time Payment."

  3. Authentication: Just like on the desktop, Two-factor authentication (2FA) will be required, and you will need to authenticate your identity using the email and the users-set method, generally authenticator.

  4. Choose Payment Method: Follow steps 4 to 7 from the desktop process as mentioned above.

  5. Successful Payment: If the payment is successful, you will be redirected to a "Receipt Page" as described in the desktop process.

  6. Receipt and Email Confirmation: On the "Receipt Page," you will have the option to print the receipt if needed. Additionally, you will receive an email containing the invoices that were charged or attempted to charge, along with a copy of the agreed terms and conditions.
