In order to make a Biometrics appointment, you must reach out to customer service either by calling (305) 735-8098 option 2 or by emailing [email protected] to schedule an appointment.  We require a minimum of 3 days notice to set a biometrics appointment.

NOTE - Biometrics access to our facility is only granted to colocation customers.  Dedicated Server and vnCloud customers cannot receive access to the facilities.
